The hunt

High expectations, raised by stories recounted at the fireplace, are rewarded with challenging early morning stalks on quality trophies with either bow or rifle, accompanied by a guide and tracker who know the bush intimately. In the evening you can reflect on a memorable day of ethical hunting while in a hide watching the sun go down over a waterhole and expecting the silent hunter in the spotted robe to appear at any moment.

Enthusiastic staff and dedicated management take care of everything, from your personal well being to well-maintained vehicles and trophy preparation, so that you can simply have the memorable African experience that is addictive.

Hunting is conducted as ‘walk and stalk’, spot [from a vehicle] and stalk, or from hides.
The all-important weapon check on the shooting range is done before every hunt.
It is advisable to sight-in on 200 yards for an average shot.
The recommended minimum caliber is 30-06.
A typical hunting day commences with a quick bite and coffee at 5:00 am, and then we are off. We try to return for a late breakfast at 11:00 am, and continue the hunt at 2:00 pm, to end just before dark.
